Peaches n' Cream

  • 2 frozen ripe, spotty bananas (be sure to cut them into chunks before freezing - this will help with a smoother texture)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 peaches

  • olive oil


Step 1

To make the banana nice-cream, add bananas, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth. 

Step 2

Pour in a loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours. 

Step 3

Slice peaches and remove pits. Brush each side with olive oil.

Step 4

Set your grill to medium heat.

Step 5

Grill peaches for 4-5 minutes on each side. Resist the urge to touch them while they're grilling... we love those beautiful char marks!

Step 6

Serve with your banana nice-cream and enjoy!
