2 frozen ripe, spotty bananas (be sure to cut them into chunks before freezing - this will help with a smoother texture)
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
To make the banana nice-cream, add bananas, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour in a loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours.
Slice peaches and remove pits. Brush each side with olive oil.
Set your grill to medium heat.
Grill peaches for 4-5 minutes on each side. Resist the urge to touch them while they're grilling... we love those beautiful char marks!
Serve with your banana nice-cream and enjoy!
