Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats

  • 1 tbs greek yogurt (can be df)

  • 1 whole egg

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • mini chocolate chips to taste

  • optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Preparation

Step 1


Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender. 


Step 2


Blend until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips and cook like regular pancakes. 


Step 3


Optional: sandwich with peanut butter and dip in honey!
