  • 1/2 cup gf oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbs honey

  • Toppings: bananas, frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, or other nut butters / seeds

Add all ingredients to a mason jar.


Step 2


Stir and place in fridge overnight.


Step 3


Remove and enjoy! Top with your favorite toppings!
