Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 2 eggs + an egg yolk

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we love Lily's)

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 325. 


Step 2


Mix all ingredients and pour in a lightly greased 8" x 8" square pan.


Step 3


Bake for 15 minutes and broil for 1 minute for a golden-brown top.
