Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 3-5 mashed bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 2 cups oat flour


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350. Line a 9x5-inch loaf tin with parchment paper.

Step 2

Melt coconut oil and maple syrup in microwave. Remove from microwave and place in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Stir in mashed banana and whisked eggs. 

Step 4

Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. Gently fold to incporporate. Be careful not to over-mix. Bake for 35-45 minutes. 

Optional: Top with choco chips, hemp hearts, oats, etc.
