1/2 cup gf oats
1/2 cup oat millk
1/2 tbs monk fruit sweetner or maple syrup
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
walnuts (I love them so I went a bit overboard but add to your liking
toppings: bananas, cashew butter, pumpkin seeds
Blend oats, milk, sweetner in a blender.
Pour in oven-safe ramekin. Add grated carrots, spices, and walnuts.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
