Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats

  • 1/2 cup oat millk

  • 1/2 tbs monk fruit sweetner or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • walnuts (I love them so I went a bit overboard but add to your liking

  • toppings: bananas, cashew butter, pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Step 1


Blend oats, milk, sweetner in a blender.


Step 2


Pour in oven-safe ramekin. Add grated carrots, spices, and walnuts. 


Step 3


Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
